Taking orders from a remote location with mobile inventory software option couldn’t get any easier or more efficient for wholesale food distributors!

EDIBLE REMOTE is an optional stand-alone package that enables sales personnel to easily take orders on laptop computers while at customer's locations. Detailed pricing, inventory, sales, and customer information is instantly available while on-site, and orders taken are then transferred back to Edible Software for processing.
While on-site with a customer, salespersons can obtain new orders for products and can instantly review the customer's buying history and specific selling prices per item per unit-of-measure. To expedite the order taking process, EDIBLE REMOTE will automatically display the inventory items routinely purchased by the customer. This information, coupled with the customer’s specific item description and price per unit-of-measure, allows the salesperson to quickly enter the quantity of each item requested.

At a convenient time, EDIBLE REMOTE orders can be quickly and easily down-loaded to Edible Software via the Internet or modem or by physically returning to the office, after which time authorized personnel can review the orders and make any needed adjustments.  Thereafter, the approved orders are automatically posted into Edible Software, and the standard routines, such as pick-ticket and invoice printing, can be run.
