Edible Software Named 'Winner of Distinction'

May 6 was a proud day for every employee at Edible Software.
The company was honored with the Award of Distinction by the Greater Houston and South Texas chapter of the Better Business Bureau.
The 17th Annual BBB Awards of Excellence celebration was
held at the Intercontinental Hotel to honor Houston-area companies "that demonstrate a superior commitment to ethics, overall excellence and quality in
the workplace," said Dan Parsons, president of the nonprofit organization.
"We are proud to recognize
companies like Edible Software," said Parsons, "because they live up to our standards of trust, are accountable to their customers and commit to the

Brannen Deville Has Busy Life at Work and Home
Brannen Deville never gets bored. Aside from her work at Edible Software,
she has a host of other responsibilities that fill her life. She is the mother of 11-month-old son, Brayden, and by night -- a business and accounting
major at San Jacinto College.
It doesn't end there. She is also an expert cake decorator ("I can
duplicate any design you see at a bakery -- any of them!") and an avid scrap-booker.
Within weeks of starting work at Edible Software, she had the company
software mastered. "It is user friendly, easy to learn - and easy to teach others how to use. I like working with our customers when they call in with
questions," she says.
Today, Brannen heads Edible Software's busy administrative office. She
oversees all aspects of customer receivables from invoices and billing to receipting and collections. She also manages our payables and assists with
the reconciliation of our General Ledger. If that is not enough, she also finds time to assist clients with often-complex training and support issues.
